Care is designed to support women through the physical, emotional, and practical realities of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

Services are flexible, individualized, and rooted in respect for your body, your choices, and your season of life.

Prenatal Support

Prenatal support focuses on preparing the body and nervous system for birth while offering education and reassurance throughout pregnancy. Visits are tailored to your needs and may look different from week to week depending on how you’re feeling and what you want support with.

Prenatal visits may include:

  • Gentle prenatal movement and stretching

  • Prenatal yoga to support strength, mobility, and breath

  • Childbirth education and understanding the labor process

  • Birth preparation, preferences, and comfort strategies

  • Emotional support and space to talk through questions or concerns

Each prenatal visit is designed to be practical, grounding, and supportive, meeting you where you are rather than following a rigid structure.

Doula Services

Labor and Birth Support

Birth support provides continuous, in-person care during labor and birth across all settings, including hospital, home, and birth center births. Support is centered on creating a calm, grounded environment while honoring your preferences and the realities of each birth setting.

Birth support includes:

  • Physical comfort measures such as positioning, movement, and breath support

  • Emotional reassurance and grounding throughout labor

  • Support for partners and guidance on how they can help

  • Advocacy and support for informed decision-making

  • A steady, familiar presence during an vulnerable experience

Birth support works alongside your chosen care team and does not replace medical care. Support is tailored to the environment and the needs of the moment.

To ensure continuity and availability, on-call support begins at 37 weeks of pregnancy and continues through birth.

Postpartum Support

Postpartum support centers on recovery, regulation, and confidence during the early weeks after birth. Care is gentle, practical, and responsive to the needs of both parent and baby.

Postpartum visits may include:

  • Gentle postpartum movement, stretching, and yoga

  • Support for physical recovery and nervous system regulation

  • Parent education and guidance through early adjustment

  • Infant care support and reassurance

Postpartum care is not rushed. The goal is to support rest, healing, and confidence as you transition into early parenthood.
