A Personalized Treatment Plan
Ongoing Therapy That Fits Your Family
Your child begins with an evaluation led by a trained Occupational Therapist. This visit is relaxed and child-led, allowing us to observe sensory processing, motor skills, regulation, play, and functional abilities. We take time to understand your child’s strengths and the areas where support may help them thrive.
After the evaluation, your OT creates an individualized plan with clear goals based on your child’s needs. This may include sensory regulation, motor development, feeding, emotional skills, or daily routines. You’ll receive simple strategies for home to help your child make steady progress.
Therapy sessions are engaging, sensory-rich, and designed to help your child participate more comfortably in real-life routines. Your OT continually adjusts sessions based on your child’s growth. Parents are welcome to observe and participate so you feel confident supporting your child outside of therapy.

Common Questions
Do I need a referral from my pediatrician?
If you are private pay, you do not need a referral or diagnosis to begin. You can start services as soon as a therapist is available. If you plan to use insurance reimbursement, some plans may require a referral. Families can check with their insurance company for specific requirements.
What happens during an evaluation?
Evaluations are gentle and play-based. Your OT will observe sensory processing, motor skills, feeding, emotional regulation, and daily routines as appropriate, then create a clear treatment plan.
How do I know if my child needs occupational therapy?
Many families reach out when they notice challenges with sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor skills, feeding, or daily routines. An evaluation can provide clarity and direction.
How long are therapy sessions?
Most sessions are 30–60 minutes, depending on your child’s age and goals. Your therapist will recommend the frequency that best supports progress.
Do you work with babies and toddlers?
Yes. We support sensory development, early motor milestones, feeding skills, and routines for infants and toddlers.
Do you offer in-home sessions?
Yes. Many families prefer in-home visits, especially for babies, toddlers, or children who benefit from working in their natural environment. In-home services allow your therapist to support daily routines, play spaces, and real-life movement or sensory needs.
Do you accept insurance?
We are private pay, and families may request a superbill to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Coverage depends on your individual plan.
