Personalized support designed to help you understand your baby’s patterns and create rhythms that work for your family.

Prenatal support helps you prepare for the postpartum period before baby arrives. Together we can talk through feeding plans, sleep expectations, recovery preparation, birth preferences and what support may look like in the early weeks at home.

The goal is to help you feel calm and prepared with a clear plan that fits your family.

Visits may include:

  • feeding plan and lactation preparation

  • newborn sleep expectations

  • postpartum recovery planning

  • hospital and home transition planning

  • emotional preparation and reassurance

How Virtual Support Works

1. Initial consultation

We begin with a virtual consultation to talk through what is currently happening, what feels most challenging, and what support you’re looking for.

2. Pattern review

You’ll track feeds, naps, wake windows, sleep patterns, daily routines, or behavior concerns for 3–4 days so we can look at what is happening throughout the day and identify common patterns.

3. Personalized support plan

You’ll receive an individualized plan with practical recommendations, rhythm suggestions, and next steps tailored to your baby or toddler and your family’s goals.

4. Ongoing support

We continue adjusting the plan through follow-up check-ins and virtual messaging support as your child’s needs change and new challenges come up.
