Support is designed to guide you through the physical, emotional, and practical realities of labor and birth, while helping you feel informed, grounded, and fully supported throughout your experience.
Prenatal Support
Prenatal support focuses on preparing the body and nervous system for birth while offering education and reassurance throughout pregnancy. Visits are tailored to your needs and may look different from week to week depending on how you’re feeling and what you want support with.
Prenatal visits may include:
Gentle prenatal movement and stretching
Childbirth education and understanding the labor process
Birth preparation, preferences, and comfort strategies
Emotional support and space to talk through questions or concerns
Each prenatal visit is designed to be practical, grounding, and supportive, meeting you where you are rather than following a rigid structure.
